Of course I remember you! Love
I am glad you are doing well and wish you the best to reach your very personal goal.

I think you are looking fine.
I am actually...looking quite similar currently and am not pleased with it... but on you I really like it. Please don't get the idea to lose weight because of what I said, I don't meant to hurt you. I hope I can also accept myself one day. This is just my problem, not yours.
You are looking good, honestly.

*hugs* and the best for you on your way!

How tall are you hon, if you don't mind me asking Thinking And seriously you look fine and it is just awesome that you are comfortable in your own skin. I think that is what everyone here is aiming for.

Hey, I'm 169 cm and weigh around 67 kg. Wink (fat compared to most here, I know...)
I can sooo relate to what you said about this weight "being natural" for you. I have been overweight when I was still in school the past two years and as soon as I had my exams done I lost a lot without trying much - but now am kinda stuck. I just stopped losing at 67 kg and if I want to lose more I have to work very hard for it. My first goal weight would be 65kg but I doubt it'll ever happen due to my binges when I have stress or am depressive. Neutral

I guess I should take you as an inspiration for me to live well with my "natural weight", too, and maybe see beauty in it one day.

I hope you're doing fine. You are already looking good, you don't have to change so do what's best for you. Best of everything for you! Love

HI!!!

I was wondering the other day how your doing! Im really glad to hear you've chosen to get help. I think this forum is wonderful but i think help is definately more healthy! I think the smartest thing you can do it realize you need help and actually get it...good for you.

You look great, you look thin, healthy and beautiful! Im so proud of you, you've taken the first (and sometimes the hardest) step. Kudos!

Have a great day!
