I am going to change my computre for Christmas and I would like to build a new one especially for Games. I've been reading a lot about Nvidia and ATI cards but I cannot decide ! Both manufacturer seams to make great cards , but I was wondering to know which one is better for games ?

I am wondering the same ... some games are advertised to be optimized for nVidia and others for ATI , is it really the case ? or is it just commercial partnerships ?
