I've just upped my daily caloric intake because I dropped too low (730). I'm still below the required caloric intake(1100), but I feel like crap about myself. I'm so scared to gain weight and I can feel it on my body already but I have to maintain that 1100 calories. Anybody got any suggestions or anything to help me get through this?

I am going through the same thing right now just made a new low cal meal plan for my week. I need to, can't take this flabby belly anymore. Maybe you could try having your favourite food and ONLY think about the taste. Or maybe it'll bring on a paniock attack (if so don't) lol. Good luck.
